The youngest of the 3 founding members, Tony entered the IT arena in the mid 90's, starting off as a end-user office application trainer. Since then, he has served as a Business Automation Consultant, End-User and Technical Trainer/ Consultant, .Net Application Developer, Web Master/ Developer, and Account Executive. He has worked with several different types of organizations; ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local government agencies. In 1999, Tony helped to form Sylex-10, and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer.

Andrew found his passion for computers in the early 80s, upgrading and programming some of the very first DOS machines. Through the 90s, he was writing networking applications for one of the largest financial firms on Wall Street as well as other fortune 100 and 500 clients, ensuring upper management had the reporting they needed. Today, his passion is delivering quality data services to the clients and employees of Sylex-10, as he serves as the CIO.

Brandon Morales started off in computers in the early 90's while attending vocational school. While Brandon is exeperienced in several different aspects of IT his first love would have to be web technologies. Especially creating highly interactive web sites within the constraints of the W3C standards.
Brandon started Sylex-10 in 1999 while working at Charter Communications to freelance as a office automation consultant. He later partnered with two friends whom he met while freelancing at a Southern California training company to help facilitate the needs of the growing company. Brandon currently serves as President of Sylex-10.
